Take a small amount of makeup remover and melt it between your fingers

Awesome eye makeup remover

This eye makeup remover was everything I was hoping it would be. I wear waterproof mascara. It never comes off completely when I’m washing my face. This is so gentle but also hardworking. Glad I finally purchased!
